Carol Bass, New York state licensed audiologist, has more than thirty years’ experience. In 1996, she was trained in Tinnitus Retraining Therapy as developed by Dr. Pawel Jastreboff. Carol provides audiological testing, tinnitus counseling, and masking devices. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, American Tinnitus Association, and the American Hyperacusis Association. She has received an award for professional excellence. She walks compassionately with you on your journey.
As an audiologist, Carol has a diverse background in treating both adults and children. She has dispensed hearing aids for thirty years and has worked in many clinics and ENT practices. Please refer to the hearing aid page or call for further details.
The office manager will answer all your initial questions, schedule appointments, and assist you with directions, accommodations, and information about the area.
Our office is located in Ithaca, New York, in the beautiful and scenic Finger Lakes area. Ithaca is the home of Cornell University and Ithaca College, waterfalls, gorges, and Cayuga Lake. There are a variety of excellent restaurants, concerts, plays, shopping areas, and sports activities.
